Plastic top panel breaks very easily. They don’t offer option to buy a replacement part for an obvious design flaw. Customer service can’t help and because it’s in house brand, there is no real manufacturer to speak with to resolve. Very disappointing experience as a whole from this experience

I run a daiquiri shop and started using a Narvon machine 2 weeks ago. So far its fantastic. Compared to vevor, it’s way more quiet, the product quality is way better. You cant even hear the Narvon machine turn on next to a vevor. Plus, Narvon actually sells maintenance parts. My only complaint so far is that the spout on Narvon could be bigger and the handle could be more sturdy. If you’re debating because of price, go Narvon over Vevor. Way less headache so far.
