This Shortening Shuttle® SS-611-TL 60 lb. waste oil transport container provides a simple, safe, and sanitary solution to dispose of used waste oil from your commercial fryer! With a 60 lb. or 9 gallon capacity, this unit helps safely transport used shortening, which reduces the likelihood of oil spills that could otherwise harm your staff.
The 2-wheel, lightweight aluminum frame makes rolling the unit from place-to-place easy, and its blue polyurethane handles make maneuvering it comfortable. It is designed for use with fryers with drain outlets at least 9 7/8" off of the floor. This container is designed to dump into waste containers 49 1/2" or less off of the floor, with an opening at least 8 1/4" x 7 3/4" and set back from the front edge a maximum of 3 1/2".
