Perfect for storing items such as sliced tomatoes, pickles, relish, onions, and more, this unit increases the ease of prep work as it ensures the condiments are kept at the appropriate temperature. A total of (14) 1/6 size stainless steel food pans are included, in addition to matching covers and pan support bars.
Exterior and interior stainless steel construction ensures long-lasting durability, and a total of four non-scratch plastic feet provide stability and keep it from sliding or leaving marks on your prep table. A self-contained capillary tube refrigeration system uses environmentally friendly R290 refrigerant, providing reliable and even cooling throughout the unit. This unit has an integrated electronic thermostat that allows you to set the temperature between 33 and 41 degrees Fahrenheit, while its external digital LED panel displays the exact temperature for easy monitoring. Additionally, a stainless steel hinged cover attaches to the unit's top and can be used to add further protection against airborne contaminants.
Ideal for storing and organizing condiments in preparation for assembling a large order of sandwiches or packed lunches, this prep station could also be used at self-service cafes, kiosks, and cafeterias. The unit requires a 115V electrical connection.

I love the idea of a countertop cooler. This Arctic Air ACP63 63" Refrigerated Countertop Condiment Prep Station is very useful in our small kitchen. Turns any prep table into a line cooler in my opinion. This cooler can be turned into a self serve station aswell. I believe you can purchase a sneeze guard for it.
