It features 3 different grinding modes including classic, time, and library. Classic mode works as a familiar, manual routine, while time mode offers time-based grinding ideal for espresso. Library mode allows you to save up to 10 recipes including notes for the bean name and target coffee grams. Plus, this mode automatically adjusts the grind size and burr distance according to the selected recipe.
This unit features a sleek look with a fine textured matte black finish. It has a front-facing LED touchscreen with an easy-to-use HMI interface, allowing you to select the mode, save and view recipes, and adjust the grind size. With combined manual and automatic grind size adjustment, you can perform ultra-precise micro-adjustments by dial turn, touchscreen, or saved recipes. This model also has a WiFi module to perform updates and allow for remote access. A simple start / stop button with an illuminating LED O-ring clearly indicates the machine status.
Equipped with a 0.5 lb. capacity bean hopper, this grinder is perfect for use in your coffee shop or roastery. It features 98 mm cast steel burrs for a consistent, precise grinding performance and superior flavor clarity. Its magnetic drip tray is easy to attach and remove and offers 360-degree positioning. The removable chute includes a bag holder to hold coffee bags in place while grinding and has an integrated spotlight for easy cleaning. This unit has a special back cover design with cooking ribs to transfer out heat. A 100-120V electrical connection is required for operation.
