Not much of a fan favorite, the chai taste is very weak and the milk overpowers it. We tried it with water but still not a crowd-pleaser.

Very good syrup for making chai lattes. a little bit gets you a long way. We use a 5 to 1 ratio. 1 part chai, 5 parts milk. turns out perfect every time
We sell so much of this chai. Because it's a super concentrate, your chai lattes will be much creamier than if you use the 50/50 retail cartons of Oregon Chai. Superconentrate is the way to go.
The super concentrate is super easy to use and has great strong flavor. You can even put a pump (sold here) and it tells you on the bottle how many pumps to do per oz!

Great taste, easy to use directions. Good shelf life and refrigerate life as well. Mixes well with cold and hot beverage and makes lattes a breeze to make without all the fuss of measuring the tea to cinnamon to vanilla ratio.
We really like the opportunities this chai will bring to us in terms of making blended drinks, but the taste is VERY different than the Tazo brand. So we're going to have a competition to see which one customers like better. The taste is good, but it's a little sweeter and less spice-forward than Tazo.
