Prior to proofing, thaw the product at room temperature for approximately an hour or overnight in a refrigerator. Once it's thawed, proof the dough at 100 to 110 degrees Fahrenheit for 45 to 60 minutes. Bake for 15 minutes after preheating the oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit or 340 degrees Fahrenheit if using a convection oven. When baked, top or garnish the cinnamon rolls, and display or serve.
