Thanks to its revolutionary design, this Oblique Waiter's Corkscrew with White Handle 2005-24 makes opening wine bottles quick, easy, and efficient! This corkscrew is perfect for restaurants, wineries, and catered events with an innovative 13 degree spiral angle and curved handle design. To use, start by extending the built-in stainless steel serrated knife. Cut the foil around the neck of the bottle, retract the knife, and remove the capsule. You're now ready to open the bottle.

Insert the non-stick coated spiral worm into the cork. This open spiral worm easily glides into the cork, minimizing crumbling when compared to traditional worms. Since it's angled 13 degrees, it will go into the cork at an oblique angle.

Turn the handle to drive the worm further into the cork, until about a half a turn is showing. The curved handle will be positioned to equally divide the extracting force over a vertical/horizontal axis, thus resulting in a circular pull that uses less of your strength. Place the stainless steel boot lever on the rim of the bottle and extract the cork.
