Crepes with Nutella and Fruit:
3 eggs
2 cups all-purpose flour
1 oz. melted butter
17 oz. whole milk
5.25 oz. Nutella
Fresh fruit
Icing sugar, for garnish

1. Pour the milk and flour into one bowl, and in another bowl mix the eggs with the melted butter.
2. Mix the contents of the two bowls together. Leave the batter to rest for 15 minutes at room temperature.
3. Grease and warm griddle. Add some of the batter and form crepes approximately 10" in diameter. Cook on both sides until they turn an even golden color.
4. Fill each crepe with 0.5 oz. of Nutella. Serve with fresh fruit and garnish with icing sugar if desired.
