Easily store and transport your bread, rolls, and other room temperature food with the NU-VU HW-2-1/2G enclosed mobile bun pan rack. This half height rack takes up very little space at just 39 1/2" tall, and holds up to 9 full size sheet pans. The aluminum interior and exterior will hold in heat and moisture, which can be controlled with the adjustable top vent. The unit's clear, full view polycarbonate door allows you to keep an eye on the holding food.
