Then, simply pour Griddle Kleen over your grill plate, immediately spreading and scrubbing the liquid across the griddle's top. Scrape any remnants into the unit's grease trap, turn off the griddle, rinse, wipe the surface with a damp cloth, and you're ready to cook! It is also recommended that you apply a thin coating of liquid shortening to help prevent rusting.
