It holds (7) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans, platters, or trays with a 300 lb. capacity. Thanks to the slanted shelves, it creates an attractive, tiered display with a high level of product visibility. It is great for both staging product for front-of-house applications or for back-of-house prep, cooling, and organization. It is especially ideal for operations that need to move product from production to display without repackaging.
This industrial- and commercial-grade rack is great for commercial bakeries, supermarkets, cafeterias, and buffets. Built for daily use, it is made of heavy-duty, fully welded aluminum tubing with no cracks or crevices to catch dirt. This construction is light weight, easy to clean, and resists rust and corrosion. The heavy-duty aluminum wall angle guides securely hold pans and ensure stability even when fully loaded. This unit rolls on (4) 5" stem-type polyolefin swivel casters for easy maneuverability. The uprights are reinforced with a channel to prevent breakage from the casters.
