This durable steam table pan rack is made of welded aluminum, which is both rust- and corrosion-resistant for commercial and industrial use. Its framework is made of 1" wall tubing with a stainless steel top, while its gussets are made of 1 1/2" thick angle. The gussets are completely welded both vertically and horizontally to prevent racking, providing additional strength and no cracks and crevices to trap dirt.
