Its upright legs are notched on 1 1/2" centers to quickly adjust for different items. The universal, multi-purpose design can fit (13) 18" x 26" full-size, (13) 18" x 14" half-size, or (26) 18" x 13" half-size sheet pans, platters, or trays. It can also accommodate (13) 10" x 20" or 20" x 22" roast & bake pans or (13) 12" x 20" steam table pans. It suits (13) 20" x 20" cup glass & dish racks or (13) 20 3/4" x 25 1/2" European standard gastronorm pans. Or, you can fit (13) 15" x 20" or (26) 14" x 18" service trays.

This durable rack is great for high-volume use in bakeries, commercial kitchens, and cafeterias, and it can support up to 650 lb. It is made of heavy-duty, fully welded aluminum with no cracks or crevices to catch dirt. This construction also resists rust and corrosion, and the frame includes a 1/8" thick foot for extra strength and stability. The pan guides on this model have a ribbed design, allowing pans to easily slide on and off without galling or flaking after heavy use. This unit rolls on (4) 5" heavy-duty, plate-type polyurethane swivel casters for easy transport. These inset casters swivel entirely within the perimeter of the rack, preventing them from catching on door frames and walls.
