This durable steam table pan rack is made of high-quality welded aluminum, which is both rust- and corrosion-resistant for commercial and industrial use. Its framework is made of 1" wall tubing, while its gussets are made of 1 1/2" thick angle. The gussets are completely welded both vertically and horizontally to prevent racking, providing additional strength and no cracks and crevices to trap dirt. Plus, they ensure secure, simple pan placement to prevent accidents.
