This high-clearance, 2-in-1 rack accommodates both 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans and 18" x 28" poly food boxes up to 6" deep, helping to streamline your storage and transport operations. It holds up to 8 full-size pans with 7 1/2" runner spacing, while the poly box capacity is dependent on the box depth. This dual-purpose design is great for food prep and processing, catering and banquets, bakeries, and institutional foodservice applications. Use it to transport prepped products, store ingredients, cool baked items, or proof dough.

This rack is made of durable, high-tensile 1" aluminum wall tubing to remain rigid under heavy loads. It is fully welded to keep out dirt and bacteria, and it is rust- and corrosion-resistant for use in high-moisture environments. The specialized angle guides are made from robust aluminum wall angle and are sized to securely support the rims on both pans and boxes. This unit comes complete with (4) 5" plate-type polyurethane casters, 2 rigid and 2 swivel, for smooth transport and easy parking around your facility. It supports up to 400 lb.
