It fits up to (36) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans, platters, or trays or (72) 18" x 13" or 18" x 14" half-size sheet pans, platters, or trays. It has a capacity of 700 lb. and rolls on (4) 5" stem-type swivel casters with brakes for easy transport and parking. These casters are inset completely under the rack to ensure smooth, snag-free entry through narrow cooler doors.
This durable rack features 18 tiers to store pans. It is constructed of heavy-duty, fully welded aluminum that is both rust- and corrosion-resistant for commercial and industrial use. Its framework is made of 1" wall tubing, while its runners are made of 1 1/4" wall angle. This refrigerator / proofer rack is designed to be loaded from the sides to streamline your workflow.
