With 1" x 1" wall tubing and 1 1/8" x 1 1/2" angle guides, this corrosion- and rust-resistant unit is designed to withstand daily use. Resistant to temperatures of up to 250 degrees Fahrenheit, it works in various refrigerated and heated reach-in and pass-through units and freezers. Plus, it fits most reach-ins with a 21" wide door clearance.
This insert rack is designed to hold (24) 18" x 26" full-size sheet pans, platters, or trays or (48) 18" x 13" sheet pans, platters, or trays. It features an end-load design with 2" of space between each guide. Thanks to its open sides, this unit facilitates easy cleaning and prevents the buildup of food particles and debris. It's easy to install by simply removing the existing shelves in your reach-in unit and placing this rack inside.
