This versatile design works in various refrigerated and heated reach-in and pass-through units and freezers. It fits most reach-ins with a 21" wide door clearance.

This insert rack is designed to hold full size 12" x 20" steam table pans. It features an end load design, and holds up to 7 pans with 3" of space between each slide, so you'll always have enough room and support for your products. When using this unit, the temperature should not exceed 250 degrees Fahrenheit. Durable and convenient, this insert rack is sure to boost efficiency in any kitchen.
