Made of heavy-duty high tensile type 6463-T5 extruded aluminum alloy, this unit features vertical posts made of 1" x 1" wall tube and 1 1/4" x 1 5/8" angle slides. This rack is corrosion- and rust-resistant and is designed to withstand daily use. Its angle slides are welded into place to seal all cracks and crevices and ensure maximum support. For convenient storage, this rack's U-shaped nesting frame provides a valuable space-saving design, making it perfect for smaller kitchens.

This versatile rack features an end load design and holds up to 20 sheet pans with 3" of space between each slide, so you'll always have enough room and support for your products. With (4) 5" heavy-duty platform type swivel casters, you'll appreciate how smoothly and quietly this rack moves around your facility. Better yet, these non-marking polyurethane wheels won't damage your floors, and the ball bearings are sealed to protect them from dirt and dust. For superior strength and support, it boasts (3) 1" x 2" tubes welded into a U-shaped unit and includes gussets made from 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" thick angle that are welded into the inside angles where the cross braces meet the uprights.
