This unit is designed to work on 30 different types of flooring, including carpets, grouted tile, concrete, hardwood, marble, profiled ceramics, vinyl, rubberized floors, Pirelli, escalators, and more. In a single pass, this floor scrubber leaves floors clean and nearly dry.
Whether you run a hotel, restaurant, cleaning service, spa, or office building, this versatile machine will help you to keep your floors shining. Your workers will appreciate the adjustable height handle that can be moved to accommodate workers of different heights. Plus, the 90 degree tilting angle allows the floor scrubber to reach underneath furniture and fixtures while the compact size makes it great for tight spaces.
This model comes with a set of two gray brushes that counter-rotate at 780 RPM for efficient cleaning. The brushes overhang the unit on one side and provide a 14" cleaning path. For large jobs, this floor scrubber can clean up to 5380 sq. ft. per hour. Inside, this unit has a 1 gallon clean water tank and a 0.5 gallon dirty water tank.

We bought it in 2021 and started to die about 2 1/2 years later. Started spitting dirty water everywhere and now the motor is dead and you must take it to an authorized dealer which for me is 2 hours away. It was great while it lasted but for bucks I hoped it would last longer.
