This my second Muy Cheese Sauce I have used with great results. Like the Jalapeño Nacho cheese sauce, the Aged Cheddar Nacho Cheese sauce was very smooth, Poured well without waste directly from the can, No metallic taste when sampled from the can before warming. Nice spice balance with a mild cheese taste that becomes more prominent upon genial warming. Plays well with other products. Definitely adds s nice flavor kick to foods and is a good foundation cheese. I really appreciated the product consistency and price.

We made this cheese for a birthday party. We just put it in a crock pot and let it warm that way. Very easy and all the guest enjoyed it. It was very good in taste and texture.

Did not have a good cheese flavor. Nothing special. Next time I'm going to mix some of the cheese sauce with Rot Tel diced tomatoes and green chilies for nachos and enchiladas. For me I like a sharp flavor. The only other option is to make it from scratch.

I used this in queso instead of the yellow block process cheese. It was delicious! Use the same amount of this cheese (by weight) & follow the recipe on the back of every can of tomatoes with chiles. Add cumin & chili powder for mild. Add diced jarred jalapeños for more heat. Cavatappi + chili + leftover queso = great chili mac! This isn't recommended for freezing (so sayeth customer service), but I'm going to freeze a single portion as a test.
