When paired with the accompanying air handler (sold separately), this ductless system requires no destruction of walls or ceilings like traditional HVAC systems, so you benefit from less of a mess and reduced installation costs.

This gold fin condenser is corrosion resistant and confines the heat and noise of the refrigeration system to the outdoors for an overall more comfortable operation. When paired with an air handler, the DIY Series utilizes SmartHVAC, which is WiFi-enabled so you can have full remote control with the use of the app via your smartphone or virtual assistant. With this app you can control temperature, fan speed, and which mode the unit is running in, all while being away from your home. It even has a "Follow Me" function which adjusts the temperature of the room based on the temperature being read by the remote control.

With 12,000 BTU of cooling and heating power, this unit can heat / cool an area up to 500 sq. ft. It comes with a 25' line set that is pre-charged with eco-friendly R-410A refrigerant. This line set has quick connectors for easy installation without requiring special tools, equipment, or training. This unit requires a 115V electrical connection for operation.
