These tortillas have a much more flexible texture than most corn tortillas which helps when making tacos and enchiladas. They only get crumbly after they have been frozen and defrosted, but they still taste great. These have a robust corn flavor and a little bit of sweetness too. They are not salty though, so we add a pinch of extra salt to the filling.
