With a new patented extraction system reinforced by a double lever, this Milano double-lever waiter's corkscrew with dark green handle makes opening wine bottles quick, easy, and efficient! This corkscrew is perfect for use at restaurants, wineries, and catered events, since the simple-to-use, Patented system guarantees vertical extraction of corks up to 50 mm in length. The double-pivot sliding system ensures smooth movement between the first and second lever, allowing even the most inexperienced staff to open wine bottles with ease. To use, start by cutting the foil on the wine bottle by rotating the retractable stainless steel blade knife around the neck of the bottle, right under the lip. You're now ready to open the bottle.

Insert the hardened carbon steel spiral worm into the cork. This open spiral worm easily glides into the cork, minimizing crumbling of the cork. Turn the handle to drive the worm further into the cork, until about a half a turn is showing. Place the boot lever on the rim of the bottle and gently begin to extract about 7/8" of the cork by holding down the smaller top level, pushing towards the bottle while pulling upwards with the other hand. Place the second boot level on the lip of the bottle and easily pull the remainder of the cork out.

This corkscrew's patented stainless steel boot lever is incredibly efficient at extracting corks, thanks to the double-pivot sliding system that eliminates jamming between the first and second lever. Plus, the durable painted metal handle features a soft insert for comfortable handling during use.
