Metro RD78N Details
The Metro RD78N mobile adjustable end-load bun pan rack is a versatile, heavy-duty rack for your school, commercial cafeteria, restaurant kitchen, bakery, refrigerator, or freezer. Perfect for transport and storage. The unique pass-thru design allows this rack to be loaded on one side and unloaded from the other for maximum efficiency, convenience, and rapid cooling.
This Metro bun pan rack is specially designed with a high strength, extruded aluminum (6063-T6 alloy) with a natural finish. Each heavy-duty rack comes with double-riveted aircraft construction. The Metro RD13N mobile pan rack is lightweight, easy to handle, and freewheeling.
Features 13 sets of unique "vari-slides" that accommodate all popular modules used in the food service industry. Made of special extrusion (.100" or 2.5 mm thick) with bending support design for heavy loads.
Comes with (4) 5" swivel casters (two with locking brakes).
This pan rack holds up to 13, 15" x 20" sheet pans, and ships assembled.
