The flat surfaced upper shelf is constructed of stainless steel that is both durable for heavy use as well as very easy to clean. The lower shelf has a Metroseal 3 epoxy coating that protects against bacteria, mold, and mildew and is ideal for humid environments. The 4 posts also feature a Metroseal 3 finish and are grooved in 1" increments, numbered at 2" increments, and double grooved every 8" to provide you with a visual guide that makes positioning shelves a breeze. Four included 5" casters are all capable of locking both the caster wheel and the hub to provide the utmost stability.

This multistation can also hold the included cutting board and 7 food pans for quick and easy change-over and cleanup. The food pans are anti-jam for easy storage and have a stainless steel construction for long lasting use, while the cutting board's polyethylene material and ample size promotes easy cutting. The multistation also provides multi-level configuration that allows your work surfaces to hang above your containers. The 10-section pan holder and top rails add additional places for pans to be held, while the cutting board holder provides a convenient and accessible place to hold your boards. Plus, it includes a magic ring which is conveniently designed to hold pans slightly below the cutting board and work surface. In addition, its slotted knife holder will help maximize space by allowing you to store your knives directly on your station. This station is ideal in a scenario such as performing food preparation, so you can push freshly chopped vegetables directly into their designated pans as you finish chopping them.
