The unit's 2 large shelves measure 18" deep and 19" wide with a 14 3/4" clearance, meaning they are wide enough to store pizza boxes, and tall enough to provide room for larger bags. The front of the unit features sliding polycarbonate doors, while the back of the unit remains open for easy employee access.

The shelving unit is controlled by a thermostatic dial that is user-friendly. Each individual shelf is independently thermostatically controlled to customize temperature settings depending on the dishes being stored. The type 304 stainless steel frame of these shelves is durable, simple to clean, and the thermostatic controls provide the optimal amount of heat for your dishes.
