We purchased many cases of this product and it is excellent for cobbler. The customers loved the whole,pieces of fruit. We’d still be buying it, except shipping became too expensive.

It's got a lot of gel in it but tastes great, works great for making apple pie.

Perfect! We use to use Apple Pie Filling for our Apple Cobblers until we came along this. There are more spices added to the "cobbler filling" as opposed to the "pie filling" and it really added what we needed for our apple cobbler and I think it would work better as a pie filling also. We were worried that it might be mostly gel but to our surprise it was full of apples! We are very pleased with this product and will continue reordering it.
