We have purchased 60 of these over the past year. Of the 60, only 1 has gone out. We made sure to contact the company directly to make sure the second batch was on the same frequency. I would rather have a text/phone paging system, but cell phone and wifi service are poor at our rural location. This is a great alternative.

Not only does this pager eliminate the need for loud intercom announcements, but it also gives your guests the freedom to wait for their service wherever they choose (within approximately 100 yards) and reduces congestion at your host stand.
The Guest Pager Pro features a selectable page mode that allows you to choose whether to signal your guests with your pre-programmed color of flashing LED lights or a gentle vibration, and its digitally displayed pager number can easily be reprogrammed to best suit the needs of your business. Plus, it easily recharges using a charging base (sold separately) and can last up to 24 hours on a single charge. When paired with the LRS Connect transmitter (sold separately), your LRS paging system may be connected with LRS' free iPad apps featuring wait list, table management, and other paging features, On Cue for Restaurants, and Table Tracker. With LRS' transmitters and iOS apps, you have alternative ways to notify guests and staff by pager or SMS texts.
