Be prepared with this Lavex single face white exit sign and emergency light combination with green lettering and battery backup! It offers both a large, lighted exit sign and a dual emergency light, all in one unit so that you do not have to worry about purchasing multiple units. Plus, it comes with a battery backup so that even if the power goes out your emergency exits will still be clearly visible.

This unit features two 3W, high performance, premium grade, ultra-bright white LED emergency lamps, one on each side of the exit sign. That is in addition to the energy efficient, long-life colored lights that illuminate the word "EXIT" on the sign's face. There is an internal solid state transfer switch that automatically connects the internal battery to the LED lights for a minimum of 90 minutes of emergency illumination.

To make sure that the light keeps working even when the power is out, this unit comes with an 8.4V long-life, maintenance-free, rechargeable NiCad battery. Inside the unit is a fully automatic charger that keeps the battery charged and ready to use. Plus, there is a charge rate and power on LED indicator light with a test button on the unit so that you can periodically check that it is functioning properly.

This exit sign features a premium die-cast housing made of durable extruded aluminum with a white powder coating. The low profile unit saves space and is quick and easy to install. It comes prepared for wall mounting and the face plate quickly snaps in place after it is mounted. An aluminum canopy is included for use in cases where the sign needs to be top or end mounted. Plus, the unit features in-the-field knockout chevron directional indicators so that you can choose which way you want the sign to point.

This unit requires a 120/277V electrical connection for operation and is approved for use in damp locations. The overall input wattage while this unit is dormant is 4.6W for a 120V connection or 4.8W for a 277V connection.
