Lavex 1" x 60 Yard 5.5 Mil General Purpose Blue Masking Tape - 36/Case

This tape is great. We go through several rolls a month and it holds up well to our uses. It isn't so thin it tears when you try to take a piece, but it also isn't too thick. It doesn't leave a residue unless its been stuck on for weeks, and it comes off easily. It also holds up fairly well when wet, and holds up great to being written with pen and of course marker. We use it on bottles, bins, buckets, and for general labeling needs and I've never felt a need to switch tape brands. There are a lot of tape brands on Webstaurant so I always make sure to check that I'm ordering this one since I know I'll be getting quality. I've included an image of the tape being used to label a shelf. This tape was adhered to the wire shelf and then written on, you can see that it held up well to handling pressure with no support.

1st place winner for the worst tape I have ever used. Please do yourself a favor and read the reviews before buying. This tape refuses to peel off the roll, and when it finally does, it only works on its own terms. I’ve met toddlers with better cooperation skills. It now resides in the trash.

Light green tape has worked great.

Too dark to use for labeling. The only sharpie that works is silver and it rubs off

Much darker than standard kitchen blue tape. Sharpie is hard to see.
