This Lakeside 5531 end load enclosed aluminum bun pan rack is the perfect solution to storing and transporting up to 26 full-size sheet pans! Made of continuous weld aluminum that provides strength and durability without the added weight of steel, this bun pan rack can hold up to 26 full-sized sheet pans and up to 52 half-sized sheet pans. The sturdy aluminum material is also resistant to rust and corrosion so that you can feel good about storing and transporting your pans with this rack. In addition, the sides of this enclosed rack will not warp or flex while you are on the move!

The channel-style ledges are 1/2" wide and spaced 1 1/2" apart to provide the maximum possible enclosed storage space. Plus, you can count on sanitary, safe storage since this rack is enclosed to protect your food and pans. Whether you are storing food in the walk-in refrigerator or transporting pans from the kitchen to a serving area, the enclosed nature of this rack will keep your food safe. When you do have to transport goods in this rack, you'll be happy to know that it comes with 4 - 5" diameter heavy-duty plate-mount non-marking casters, two of which have brakes. This makes transporting and securing your load just that much easier!
