This pancake mix isn't as good as some of the others I've purchased here. But it is a good carbohydrate source if you work out like me. It came in one big box, so I had to place it in small bags. This is why I gave the 3-star rating. It's affordable.

It's a very simple mix and the only way to buy it in volume. But the math isn't the clearest on how much to buy for a large event. The larger packages do not have the serving information on it.

This pancake mix is very convenient to use and saves us a lot of time on prep. The buttermilk pancakes taste just like the real thing. They crisp up around the edges and brown nicely. They have a tangy buttermilk flavor just like pancakes made from scratch, and they get fluffy too.
