For superior filtration in your commercial HVAC system, rely on this Koch Filter OdorKleen ES 16" x 20" x 4" MERV-8 extended surface carbon / particulate pleated panel filter 102-790-025. Made of specialized, 100% high-efficiency mechanical media to effectively capture particulates, gases, and odors in the air, this filter has superior efficiency and performance levels in high-moisture systems when compared to standard air filters. Its heavy-duty, high wet-strength, 24-point beverage board enclosure frame is sturdy and resistant to moisture. Plus, it features a rust-resistant, expanded metal support grid that supports the two-ply media. With a minimum activation of 60%, this filter's downstream layer is impregnated with carbon media for effective absorption of volatile organic compounds and removal of odors from the air stream, extending the life of the filter between changes. In addition, it offers 9 pleats per linear foot, and its upstream layer has a 70% efficiency rating for 3 to 10 micrometers for optimal air filtration.

This panel filter has a high dust-holding capacity to trap even the smallest particles. It can withstand continuous use at a maximum operating temperature of 150 degrees Fahrenheit and has an air velocity of 500 FPM. It is MERV-8 when tested following ASHRAE 52.2-2017 test standards. Designed to be used in commercial environments that have low to moderate contaminate levels such as hospitals, commercial offices, airports, sports arenas, schools, or industrial plants, this pleated filter will improve the air quality in your commercial HVAC system and provide better protection for your employees and customers.
