Made of specialized, 100% synthetic media to effectively capture particles in the air, this filter resists microbial growth and has superior efficiency and performance levels when compared to standard pleated filters. Offering high efficiency and low pressure drop, the media operates using mechanical filtration principles. Its heavy-duty, high wet-strength, 24-point beverage board frame is sturdy, resistant to moisture, recyclable, and features a cross member for increased filter strength and rigidity. Plus, it features a rust-resistant, expanded galvanized steel support grid bonded to the downstream side to maintain the uniformity of the pleats and prevent fluttering. This filter also has a low resistance to airflow and 12 pleats per linear foot, so you can be sure that this filter will not restrict the airflow in your system.

This panel filter has a high dust-holding capacity to trap even the smallest particles. It can withstand continuous use at a maximum operating temperature of 200 degrees Fahrenheit and has an air velocity of 300 FPM. This filter is MERV-10 when tested following ASHRAE 52.2-2017 test standards and is classified UL per the UL 900 standard. It is also ULC-S111-07 classified. This filter is perfect for situations where filter change schedules are based on preventative maintenance schedules.
