Details

Decrease energy consumption while maximizing ice production with this True Ice ice machine / storage bin. This reliable machine produces up to 630 lb. of small cube ice per 24 hours. It comes equipped with a large 4 5/16" touch screen and smart board with remote monitoring capabilities such as built-in alarm notifications and remote shutoff. The touch screen allows for real-time ice level monitoring, programmable ice production, and ice thickness and clarity adjustments.

This unit is designed with a patented and fully sealed sanitary evaporator. Pair it with the TrueZone growth inhibitor ozone disinfecting system (sold separately) to purify the surrounding air in the ice bin and food zone. This system uses UV light technology to prevent viruses, bacteria, and yeast buildup to reduce mold, mildew, and fungi. Cleaning is easy with the one-touch cleaning system, and the easily removable air filter with a reverse condenser fan motor (RCU) prevents condenser blockages for reduced maintenance. It is constructed with a corrosion-resistant TrueTech aluminum exterior and a heavy-duty plastic interior with TrueGuard antimicrobial injected into all plastic pieces of the unit.

This model includes a True Ice TIB-530 aluminum exterior storage bin with a 450 lb. holding capacity to maximize ice production. The high-density polyurethane foam insulation helps to keep ice cold, while the slow-close hinged lid and removable ice baffle minimize spillage and keep your area clean. This bin stands on 6" legs and includes a scoop for added convenience. To ensure that your operation is as energy-efficient as possible, this unit uses only 3.8 kWh per 100 lb. of ice and R-290 refrigerant that has an ozone depletion potential (ODP) of 0 and a global warming potential (GWP) of 3. Additionally, this machine boasts an ultra-quiet fan and requires a 115V electrical connection.

Customer questions about this product

I haven’t heard of R-290, R-600a, R-513a, or R-448A refrigerant before. What is it?

R-290 (also known as high purity propane or CARE 40) and R-600a (also known as refrigerant grade Isobutane or CARE 10) are hydrocarbon refrigerants. R513a (also known as Opteon XP10) and R-448A (also known as Solstice N40) are HFO (hydrofluoroolefin) refrigerants. They are being used by some manufacturers in response to the EPA’s Significant New Alternatives Policy (SNAP) Program.

Why should I buy a water filter along with this product?

Whether you purchase the suggested water filter through this product page or acquire your compatible water filter elsewhere, be sure to consult the equipment's manual and warranty to understand the importance of correct water filter usage. Using poor quality feed water may void your equipment's warranty. Therefore, it’s important that your water be filtered to the highest quality.

Will this ice machine meet my business’s ice demand?
