This convenient, user-friendly thermostat features up and down temperature selection with the use of two touch-sensitive buttons. It features an easy-to-read LCD display with a blue backlight behind a clear acrylic panel, making for a modern design and allowing you to read and adjust the temperature even in low light. This thermostat even allows you to set a minimum and maximum temperature limit of 55 and 74 degrees Fahrenheit, ensuring the temperature in your space will neither exceed nor decrease beyond your set temperature.

Thanks to its autonomous design, this thermostat is great for vacation rentals, student housing, and motels. It offers 2 selectable preset timed modes - major setback and minor setback - that keep the room's temperature in check. After the room temperature is set, the thermostat automatically reverts back to the minor default temperature after a specified 1, 2, 3, 4, 8, 12, or 16 hours. Then, when it hasn't been adjusted for 12, 24, 48, 36 or 60 hours, it sets to the major default temperature, keeping the room cool and reducing energy costs. This 16A thermostat requires a 120V electrical connection for operation.
