I absolutely love this lime Ponzu sauce; it is so delicious and tangy on salads even by itself, a little goes a long way-- but it's good on stir fries, fried rice, egg rolls etc and some times straight outta the bottle. Kikkoman makes Lemon version of this sauce too, along with other products, but this lime is my favorite by far.

If you think this is just basically soy, NOT! While that's obviously the base, it has a nice, unique flavor of lime and ???? that makes it great without adulterations as a thin dipping sauce (warm up in most cases) for spring rolls and tempura! Just the right level of saltiness... how is this so cheap?
Light soy sauce with White vinegar. Perfect for tuna. Or something tempura fried in Japanese restaurant. The flavor is not too strong color is not too dark
