Keep your Keurig® K-Cup® pod brewer in top condition with the Keurig® descaling solution, a must-have for maintaining the performance and longevity of your unit. This 14 oz. solution is compatible with all Keurig® K-Cup® pod brewers, effectively removing scale and calcium deposits that can build up over time. Regular descaling not only enhances the taste of your coffee but also improves the efficiency of your machine, ensuring a consistent brew every time. By using this descaling solution every 3-6 months, you can prevent clogs and malfunctions, ultimately extending the life of your brewer.

With this easy-to-use solution, descaling your Keurig® is a simple process that can make a significant difference in the quality of your coffee and the functionality of your machine. To descale your brewer, begin by ensuring that there is no beverage pod in the K-Cup® pod holder. Pour 4.6 oz. of descaling solution into your brewer's water reservoir, then add fresh water to the 8 oz. fill level. Place a large ceramic mug on the drip tray plate, then lift and lower the handle on the pod holder but do not add a K-Cup® pod. Press the brew button, and once the solution is dispensed into the mug, pour the contents into a sink. Repeat this process a second time, but when the brewer indicator light turns solid, press the power button as the brewer starts to dispense. Let the brewer stand for a minimum of 30 minutes, then press and hold the brew button until the solution begins to dispense, continuing to hold until all of the solution has been dispensed. Pour the contents of the mug into a sink. Finally, fill the reservoir of your machine with fresh water only and brew with no K-Cup® pod. Repeat this step twice more, or as many times as needed to remove residual taste, pouring the dispensed water down the drain after each rinse.
