It is very tangy. I thought it was going to be more sweet. Won’t be buying again. If you like more of a mustard flavor than sweet this is for you. Disappointed but you live and you learn. I hope to eventually find the Ken’s Honey Mustard that I do like. Crazy how hard it is to find.

I love this mustard. I use it as a sauce for my paninis on my food truck. It has really good flavor & consistency (not too runny or too sweet, like some honey mustards are), & everyone loves it. I'll definitely buy it again!
The honey flavor is the first thing you notice. Very sweet and tangy. Excellent on fried foods, especially shrimp. Also excellent on a burger or hot dog.
