It features a 20" cleaning path to cover up to 21,500 sq ft. per hour, and its 33 1/2" squeegee collects and removes dirty water from the floor as you clean. This unit is easy to operate with an LCD screen and yellow color-coded controls. It has a brush contract pressure of 59 lb. and operates at a rate of 180 RPM for exceptional cleaning. It emits a maximum of only 65 dbA for quiet, non-disruptive use.

This floor scrubber is compact and highly maneuverable. It boasts a durable frame with an aluminum scrub deck, brush head, and squeegee assembly. It features a 14.5 gallon solution tank and recovery tank. The 2 included 100 Ah AGM batteries are easy to recharge with the included shelf charger. This unit comes complete with a handle and wheels for easy portability and a pad driver to accept a variety of cleaning pads (sold separately). The Home Base system allows you to store cleaning tools and accessories (sold separately) directly on your machine.
