It uses pad-assist drive to move forward as you clean, and it features a 20" cleaning path to cover up to 13,200 sq ft. per hour. The 33 1/2" curved, dial-adjustable squeegee collects and removes dirty water from the floor as you clean. This unit is easy to operate with an LCD screen and yellow color-coded controls. The 3 modes include normal mode for scrubbing and vacuuming, intense mode for scrubbing only, and vacuum only mode. It features an adjustable down pressure of 59-62 lb. and operates at a rate of 155 RPM for exceptional cleaning.

This floor scrubber is compact and highly maneuverable, and it emits a maximum of only 66 dbA for quiet, non-disruptive use. It boasts a durable frame with an aluminum scrub deck, brush head, and squeegee assembly. It features a 13.2 gallon solution tank and recovery tank. The 2 included 105 Ah wet batteries provide up to 3 hours of runtime and are easy to recharge with the included shelf charger. A battery level and hour display makes it easy to indicate when the power is running low. This unit comes complete with a handle and wheels for easy portability and a pad driver to accept a variety of cleaning pads (sold separately). The Home Base system allows you to store cleaning tools and accessories (sold separately) directly on your machine.
