We loved this product. I can see it being so easy to work With but we used it with our soft serve frozen custard and I do not recommend that. Frozen custard just doesn’t get firm enough for this product.

This is a great chocolate shell coatinging for our ice cream concept. It has a really chocolate flavour while being able to solidify and dry quickly after the dip. Great buy anytime!
