Goodway Technologies DV-CM4 Details
Provide an efficient clean with this Goodway Technologies ChipMaster vacuum. This heavy-duty vacuum has a 4 3/5 hp motor to provide superior suctioning power for use in high-volume machine shops. It is designed to quickly and easily collect and separate chips and swarfs from the coolant. The internal chip collection basket traps metal shavings and swarf down to 1/16", while the nylon and polypropylene filters trap metal fines down to 300 microns. Once filtered, the 40 GPM reverse pump-out system utilizes an integrated transfer pump to return the filtered coolant back into the machine tool or collection drum.
This model can be used with 1 1/2" or 2" hoses (sold separately). It offers an air displacement rate of 217 CFM and a static water lift of 100". Plus, it boasts a noise level of 78 decibels for non-disruptive operation. This vacuum includes a 22 gallon metal chip basket and a 66 gallon bonderized steel liquid collection tank. The convenient coolant level indicator lets you know when the liquid collection tank is full.
For safe use, this model includes a 3" dump valve and liquid shut-off. It has handles and casters for easy transport wherever you need it. The filters are conveniently reusable to reduce costs. This vacuum requires a hardwired 230V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation, and it comes with a 30' power cord.
