Provide an efficient clean with this Goodway Technologies ChipMaster Tilt vacuum. This heavy-duty vacuum has a 6 1/2 hp motor to provide superior suctioning power for use in high-volume machine shops. It is designed to quickly and easily collect and separate chips and swarfs from the coolant. The internal chip collection basket traps metal shavings and swarf down to 1/16". The internal basket tilts to easily dump out the chips. Once filtered, the 50 GPM reverse pump-out system utilizes an integrated transfer pump to return the filtered coolant back into the machine tool.

This model can be used with 2" hoses (sold separately). It offers an air displacement rate of 170 CFM and a static water lift of 160". Plus, it boasts a noise level of 78 decibels for non-disruptive operation. This vacuum includes a 17 gallon metal chip basket that can hold up to 14.5 gallons of dry debris and a 105 gallon bonderized steel liquid collection tank. The convenient coolant level indicator lets you know when the liquid collection tank is full.

For safe use, this model includes a 3" dump valve and a cartridge safety filter. It has handles and casters for easy transport wherever you need it. It requires a hardwired 460V, 3 phase electrical connection for operation, and it comes with a 30' power cord.
