Provide an efficient clean with this Goodway Technologies ChipMaster vacuum. Offering a 2 7/10, twin-motor configuration, this vacuum provides superior suctioning power for use in machine shops. It is designed to quickly and easily collect and separate chips and swarfs from the coolant. The internal chip collection basket traps metal shavings and swarf down to 1/16". An optional polypropylene filter (sold separately) can additionally traps metal fines down to 300 microns. Once filtered, the reverse pump-out system utilizes an integrated transfer pump to return the filtered coolant back into the machine tool or collection drum.

This model features a tangential intake port to recover chips, coolant, strings, and clumps. It conveniently comes with a hose but can also be used with any 1 1/2" or 2" hose (sold separately). This vacuum offers an air displacement rate of 224 CFM and a static water lift of 90". Plus, it boasts a noise level of 75 decibels for non-disruptive operation. This vacuum includes an 11 gallon metal chip basket and a 27 gallon bonderized steel liquid collection tank. The convenient coolant level indicator lets you know when the liquid collection tank is full.

This model boasts a rugged construction for long-lasting service. It includes a liquid shut-off feature for safe use. It has handles and casters for easy transport wherever you need it. The filters are conveniently reusable to reduce costs. This vacuum requires a 115V, 1 phase electrical connection for operation, and it comes with a 30' power cord.
