For a quick, simple, no-frills reading this works well. It will not give you exact numbers but will give you PH readings in .5 increments to give you a decent basic range of PH to work with. This will allow you a ballpark idea of where your PH sits and it is near-instant readings.
I like these strips, and the fact that they work well. What I think needs to be redesigned is the dispenser that comes with it. it would be much easier to be able to tear it with one hand. Also, the lid eventually just keeps popping off...doesnt want to stay on. Its pretty cheaply done, but makes sense because you won’t be keeping it forever. Just make sure you have some back up for when you accidentally drop it and it falls into a tiny drop of something in your kitchen and you have to throw it out.
These S/R ph test paper dispenser is exactly as advertised. I use these to test the acidity of my jarred food. The test paper seems to work fine.
