Designed specifically for use with metal threaded piping, this thread sealant is oil-based and has a uniform, smooth consistency that ensures quick and easy application. Lead-free and non-toxic, this sealant won't drip or spill out of the container and wipes clean from your hands after use.

While it's not suitable for LP gas lines or plastic piping, this thread sealant is ideal for use in many other pipe systems carrying water, natural gas, air, steam, ammonia, brine, diluted acids, and alkalis. It can withstand air and steam pressures of up to 200 PSI. Not to mention, it not only resists hardening and cracking, but it also prevents rust and corrosion.
