Very disappointed with Webrestaurant on how they handle their products they sell. Received this grinder (I have the same grinder at my other coffee shop and it’s great and has been for 3 months) and within 3 days it has stopped working and Webstaurant will not replace it. They want us to go through the process of their warranty company which requires us to pay someone to come and look at the machine and find out what is wrong and then contact them and they will send us the part. Why should I be out money to have a technician come look at it? I should be sent a new one and Webstaurant should deal with all this bull that are having me do to use a brand new grinder. I can’t run my coffee shop without this grinder and the problem isn’t being solved in a timely manner. I’m very disappointed with this ordeal.
