To prepare a full sheet pan of cornbread, measure out 9 1/4 cups of cool water or 10 cups of buttermilk. Pour all your liquid into the bowl of your stand mixer, then add a full package of cornbread mix. Mix using a paddle attachment on low speed for 1 minute. Stop the mixer and scrape down the bowl and the paddle, then mix on low speed for an additional 1 minute, being careful not to overmix. Pour the batter into a heavily greased, full-sized sheet pan and bake in a convection oven heated to 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 15-19 minutes or a conventional oven heated to 375 degrees Fahrenheit for 25-29 minutes. The cornbread is fully baked when the top is firm to the touch and the color is golden brown.
